These lessons are designed to provide extra information for teachers using LifeWay’s Bible Explorer series. The titles and scripture references Are drawn from the current curriculum plan.
The scripture and translation notes are from the New English Translation (NET) because it is a very accurate contemporary translation and is made available for ministry without violation of their copyright. The translation notes are interesting because they give the alternative translations and the reason for the translation used in the text. Other resources that are used are foot noted to give credit where it is due.
The best current study Bibles are; The New American Standard (Updated 1995), The New King James Version, The English Standard Version (ESV), and The Holman Christian Standard.
