Jeff Dial currently serves as the pastor of Life Line Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Since 2007, this century-old, congregation-led church has partnered with Jeff in ministry through hosting community and business leaders’ luncheons, providing for those in need through a clothe closet and weekly food pantry, focusing on community development through World Changers and Mission Arkansas, and a variety of other Gospel-engaging initiatives.

More about Rev. Dial

By his side for over 30 years, Jeff’s wife, Pam, currently sings in Life Line’s choir and plays the piano every Sunday morning. She is a principal within the Little Rock School District at McDermott Elementary School and shares Jeff’s love for the city. They have two children: Ethan, a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University (OBU) and the digital media manager for the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, and Jane Ellen, a sophomore elementary education major at OBU.

Jeff is a 1991 graduate of Williams Baptist University, where he currently serves on the board of trustees. He studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological seminary before graduating from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in 1998 with a Masters of Divinity. Jeff also has the honor of serving on the board of trustees for Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jeff was called to ministry in 1986 and served as a youth pastor and worship pastor before his first pastorates at Beech Grove Baptist Church and Westside Baptist Church in Manila, where he and Pam were loved on deeply in their early days of ministry together. They developed lifelong friendships in North East Arkansas and welcomed their first born into the world. In 1998, God moved their family to Celebration Baptist Church in Wichita, Kansas. During their nearly nine years in this “home on the range,” Jeff and Pam had a baby girl, endured the loss of Jeff’s mother, and found family among friends. The Lord called the Dials back home to Arkansas in 2007, after placing a desire on Jeff’s heart for inner city ministry.

Recently, Jeff has extended his outreach internationally through what he calls confessional discipleship. Based on James 5:16, he actively communicates with men around the world, praying through sin struggles and living out the Gospel. He encourages them to be intentional with their eyes, ears, mouth, mind, hands and feet as they live in this broken world.

Jeff’s life verse is Matthew 1:21 – “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.” His desire is to share this life-changing, sacrificial Savior with everyone he encounters.
